Our caregivers really do care about you. We don’t hire staff that lacks TRUE compassion, as described in our background story, HomeCare1, LLC was founded as a result of the lack of compassion and impersonalism that was witnessed by the owner, Dawn Rice—Blackman towards her (now deceased) dad, Donald Rice Sr., so with that HomeCare1, LLC only employs staff that has a true compassion! The staff has also undergone extensive training in order to be employed within the HomeCare1, LLC family. They also undergo on-going training throughout the life of their time here at HomeCare1.

The difference between us and everyone else, is that our mission is to ensure clients and loved ones of clients that we will treat every client and patient as if they were our loved ones.

Matching you with the right caregiver is an art, and we are very good at it. This is our profession and we are continually hiring caregivers for our new clients. Perhaps more than in any other way, having an in-home Caregiver is where you “get what you pay for.” Some people call us shopping for the lowest price. We can be the low-cost provider for you, but the quality of Caregiver will match the price.

Our Mission

Dedication
The Owner, herself visits each and every loved-one in their home upon initial start of care and throughout their time as a HomeCare1, LLC family member. She also provides her personal cell phone number to each loved-one and staff member, as well.

Reliability/Dependability
At HomeCare1, LLC, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for last minute call-offs or “no call/no shows!” This is our” pet peeve” and we only hire caregivers with a solid, verifiable, track records of reliability in prior positions. We know you depend on us, and we strive to not ever fail you!

Open Communication
HomeCare1, LLC staff also prides ourselves on maintaining efficient, and effective open lines of communication! It’s just what we do! We believe that because you are our family that you should be able to reach us whenever you need to, with no excuses! This goes for our “loved-ones,” as well as for our staff, which is why we provide the owner’s personal cell number as well as an after hours number and the number to reach our clinical staff (Registered Nurses), as well.
